Swaswara Wellness - A Cgh Earth Experience, Gokarna is a 5-star wellness hotel located on Om Beach in the Uttara Kannada District. The resort features 24 laterite stone villas inspired by traditional Uttara Karnataka homesteads, set amidst 26 acres of gardens and coconut palms. It has received the Global Spa Award for Most Environmentally Inclined Spa and the Outlook Traveller Boutique Hotel Award for Best Wellness Experience.

Traditional Laterite Villas

Each villa contains an open inner courtyard with herbal plants, partially open-to-sky bathrooms, and a separate living space. The upper floor yoga deck provides ocean views, while bedrooms feature air conditioning. Villas are constructed using local laterite stone and traditional thatch roofing.

Organic Farm Cuisine

The resort serves a 'Table d'Hote' menu featuring fresh seafood and organic produce from its own farm. Interactive cooking classes enable guests to learn oil-less recipes and healthy cooking techniques. All meals are pure vegetarian Satvic cuisine tailored to individual Dosha requirements.

Ayurveda and Yoga Programs
